  • sleep needs to be a priority- create a bedtime ritual

  • connection to nature and grounding
    • walk barefoot

    • Thieves and tea tree are great antibacterial, nontoxic essential oils

  • listen to your body
  • stay in the emotion
  • self prioritize
  • break from social media
  • forgive yourself
  • balance the pace and intensity of your life
